Based in Birmingham, Alabama, Reed Harradine began playing collegiate football at the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa. He studied engineering at the university. He then spent one season as a first-string kicker and kickoff specialist at Grambling State University, during which time he shifted his academic focus to accounting and finance. He was a member of the university’s National Society of Leadership and Success. Since 2025, Reed Harradine has started for the Golden Eagles, an NCAA Division I football team representing the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg.

Reed Harradine's work experience includes waiting and bussing tables at the Park Ave Diner in Ruston, Louisiana. He played goalie for his high school soccer team and continues to enjoy the sport, along with golf and fishing.
